The Beauhurst platform holds one of the most comprehensive company datasets in the UK, and we pride ourselves on constantly improving the data we provide for our subscribers. That’s why, following our latest update, you can add a whole new selection of Companies House filing events to your Beauhurst collection alerts.
You can now receive alerts on filings relating to changes in a company’s key people or shareholders (for example, new persons of significant control), more legal and financial dealings (for example, mortgage filings or a change in auditors) along with other key events such as insolvency and liquidation. We’ve also added events for new addresses for companies (signalling new offices opening), and changes in registered addresses.
In total, there are over 20 more events to which you can now be alerted, enabling you to learn even more about the companies most important to you. The Companies House filing notifications are included in both our tracked companies and All Company Data add-on, allowing you to perform more comprehensive due diligence on non-tracked companies.
